im a teen,16 yr old, and not a virgin…but i do want longer sex with my gf coz i just last up to 20min..lol
but i wana to know how many sets and reps of kegels should i do?
or any other exercises that can help me last longer before cuming?
and is there any dangers or side afects to doing this??
thx
There are no dangers from doing kegel exercises, it is just exercise. Don’t worry about doing sets. Just do it whenever you want.
If you want to last longer then look up some sensate focus techniques.
I am a 15 year old girl and I have had it for as long as I can remember. Anyone else my age have it who can talk about it?
You can find any number of Mitral Valve Prolapse Support Groups (google)
Thank you Emily so much that really helped me.
If the prolapsed tissue is still viable your vet may be able to put it back in place and secure it with a couple stitches. The big price jump will occur if he/she has to remove necrotic tissue. Your vet should be able to assess that situation before the surgery and give you an estimate. Good luck.
or bladder infection…
My grandmother has her antibiatics but I wanted to buy her food that would help with her bladder infection.
what type of fruits? or juices?
are beans good?
cranberry juice does what?
Cranberry Juice is the best. Get; Knudsen Just Cranberry at the store. This is concentrated so mix 1/4 glass of Knudsens and the rest water…
Also get some cranberries at the health food store and just eat them.
I’ll most likely be checked for a bladder infection, and I know the doctor will have to check down there.
I’m not a virgin, but I have had this infection way before anything sexual came along.
But when I’m being checked for the infection, could the doctor tell right away I’ve had sex?
Can someone just explain to me exactly what happens.
Your assuming you have a bladder infection? The doc will be able to determine by your signs/symptoms. BTW if he did need to check "down there", he would be able to tell if you were a virgin or not.
My moms doctor said she has fibromyalgia, but we dont believe that. She has way to many symptoms of different kinds to be that. It’s scaring us as to what is actually wrong with her. She is afraid she is going to die because of what is wrong with her. The doctors here wont do anything to try to actually figure out what it is..So if there are any doctors on here or even just someone that knows what im talking about please help us..

*Trouble swallowing at times
*Bad periods (Rapid heartbeat, feeling faint, trouble breathing) feels like she is going to die
*Nervousness
*Shaky
*Tingling and numbness in numerous parts of body
*TMJ

She could have several medical conditions causing these symtpoms. She might very well have Fibromyalgia, as it can be caused by other conditions. Same thing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Usually people who develop Fibromyalgia also develop the chronic fatigue along with some sort of Immune system disease, like Lupus. Has she seen a Rheumatologist? I would advise her to do so. Also, she could even have something like Multiple Sclerosis. Has she had an MRI or other testing? Obviously she has more going on here than just one simple diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. Seek out a Rheumatologist, Neurologist, and a new regular family doctor if possible. Or go back to that same doc and request/demand to be referred to the specialists I mentioned. Don’t give up and don’t let them jerk you around.

In the last year, my 12 year old boxer dog doesn’t have as much control with his bladder. He doesn’t wet his bed or have accidents in the house. I just notice that he dribbles sometimes when he gets excited or when he has been lying down and, being an older dog, strains to get up and maybe dribbles a little. I have taken him to the vet and they took a urine sample. He didn’t have any crystals in his urine to indicate any bladder stones. The vet said his red blood cell count seemed to be a little high, suggesting he may have a bladder infection. So, we put him on an antibiotic and we gave him the medicine as directed until all the medicine was taken. He is still dribbling urine a little bit. My question is: does anyone think that it is just due to his age? Maybe just urinary incontinence? He’s not in any pain. He’s does not want or need to go outside to use the bathroom a lot. He’s urine is not bloody and there is no discharge. I hate to constantly take him back and forth to the vet, not because of money, but because I really don’t think it is anything serious. Plus, the older he gets, the more anxious he gets about taking trips to the vet.
Is your dog intact? If so, I’d be concerned about prostate enlargement or transitional cell carcinoma. I’d have a full blood work up on him and abdominal ultrasound performed, and possibly abdominal and chest radiographs. He could also have a urinary stone. Usually with urinary incontinence, they will urinate in their sleep, and always have an empty bladder and be prone to infections. It’s doesn’t sound like your dog is incontinent.
You would need to do daily exercises for a couple of weeks. These exercises would be monitored by a doctor to make sure that you were doing them correctly.
Most woen don’t do the kegel exercises correctly or at all. This device measures daily activity.
Would you do this to end your incontinence?
Heck yeah!
Kegel City, here I come…
If you are active duty navy and are diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse will you be medically discharged or will they require you to stay in for the term of your enlistment and just choose an accommodating career path.
they can actually discharge you there not gonna keep you in for the remainder of your contract but they will honorably discharge you
