Can you remove an ink bladder from a fountain pen, and replace with ink cartridge?

I can’t seem to find any places with answers. But I know that with a converter, you can replace it with an ink cartridge, but what about a fountain pen with an ink bladder (aka ink sac)? Can I remove the ink bladder, and replace it with an ink cartridge?
