Yes, muscles in training also can do tickling, no worries.
Danger when overdo, then development of strong pong possibilty.

The wife says the use of the Ben Wa balls make it even better !
Still beware of pong risk.
I’ve been performing Kegel exercises consistently for about a month and a half now, but am unsure exactly how to apply them during sex. How exactly do they affect you so that you last longer; is it about flexing in a certain way to delay orgasm, or just building stamina in general… help?
I personally never noticed any difference with that. If I wanted to last longer, which I don’t have a problem with normally anyway, I just jerked off a couple of hours before sex. Works every time!
Kegel muscles for a guy might help his prostate or urination but with sex? I just want to enjoy myself.
Hi, I have a little discharge problem (panty liner plus the extra). Can Kegel exercises help me to get better control ?
Thank you !
Hi, yes I think they can help you.
From what you say, I think you a mild form of stress incontinence, so you leak a bit when you laugh, or cough or exercise.
It’s pretty common with pregnant women, after childbirth or if you’re overweight.
Kegels help strengthen your pelvic floor and may reduce your leaking.
You can find more in this link (How is incontinence treated). It shows you how the muscles work, and tells you how to do the exercises (basically 3 sets of 10 a day).

Good luck !
Has anyone here ever tried them and they worked? What were your results after doing them for a while?
Yes they do work. But a person has to be vigilant and do them for a while (months) to be effective, you can’t just do them for a couple days and expect miracles.
it could help, yes.
if you have physiological problems you may need a doctor.
but the exercises certainly wouldn’t hurt.
I heard from my friend that kegel exercises are good for men’s health, can you explain me how and where i should go to find them.
Here the benefits you can get from performing Kegel exercises on a regular basis:
1. You can keep and maintain a healthy prostate and other related organs that coincide
2. Mastering your PC muscle will while you to be able to achieve and maintain a much harder and firmer erections at any time
3. A healthy PC muscle will allow you to be able to control when you orgasm by being able to hold it – this is a way to combat premature ejaculation
4. Kegel exercises can improve your blood circulation and bloodflow – these effects can increase your size and sensitivity
5. The combination of being able to control orgasms and achieve erections easily can train you how to have multiple orgasms
6. These types of exercises can actually cosmetically and physically make your penis look more muscular in appearance
I’ve been trying to look it up. I know you use the PC, which is what you use for peeing/ejaculating. But I’m stumped on what to do for kegel exercises. Will moving my penis up and down repeatedly suffice for an exercise? Do I have to sort of hold the PC in tight with my abs? I’m stumped.
You keep tensing the muscle that stops the flow of urine.
If it’s not just doing kegels, then what else is there?
Again it’s not just doing kegals. Thereis more to it than that so the answer is infinity.

i have been doing them almost religiously everyday since i was 19 weeks pregnant because i read that they would help with bladder leaking later on in pregnancy, tearing during labor, and help you push better while you are delivering. is any of this true? will they help at all?
Kady is wrong….Kegels do not make you "tighter". They made the muscles that hold all of your lower organs in place STRONGER! Therefore doing them while pregnant WILL help during labor and help you to be able to push better! Keep doin em girl!
