Nursing Moms are supposed to get an additional 500 calories, but that is an approximation. Gauge your milk supply and level of hunger. I never bothered to count calories, just listen to your body, eat healthy and make sure you don’t eat past being full. 500 calories is really not as much as most people think!!!

This is an amazing video, I Just had my baby about a year ago. And its been hard getting the weight down,I actually gained the wait after I had my baby. I felt that because i am breastfeeding I have a eat enough for the baby. Therefor I gained a lot of weight. I just have one question. Do you have any idea about, how much calories is right enough for a nursing mother?.
