Help!! I need help because when i masturbate i have this big problem. I was born with spina bifida and i use cathethers to go pee with them. I get frequent urinary tract infections because of that. During masturbation i get this yellow liquid that smells like fish with a white slimy substance.It is not mixed in it is separate from each other. I have stress and urge incontinence because of spina bifida. Is this my pee or cum? I just want to know how can i treat this problem if its my pee because i dont want to be peeing. I also want to know if its an yeast infection,bladder infection, or something else.

2010 Apr 03 1Usually when there’s a fishy odor, it signals bacterial infections. Your doctor will need to prescribe Flagyl oral tablets to get this cleared up. Also, most pharmacies sell the Vagisil pH Test Kit. It will tell you in about 2 minutes if the problem is yeast or bacteria (my money is on bacteria.
The weblink below is an excellent source of information about vaginal infections of every type. Check it out, and get the test kit at your pharmacy. You should also make an appointment to see your doctor, because you’ll need the medication.

2010 Apr 03 2The yellow liquid you are talking about sounds like vaginal discharge. But it shouldnt be so much like liquid that you think its urine. It should be thick like jelly. This is normal and the vagina produces it when sexually aroused to make it easier for a penis to fit in.

2010 Apr 03 3You get the liquid from where? Urine can’t come from your vagina, it’s impossible. Any liquid that is yellow is usually something infectious. Just like you have clear snot normally but yellow snot means a sinus infection.
As for the white slimy substance, the vagina has glands that produce and excrete lubricants for sex, so when you’re masturbating you get wet, and that can actually be white instead of clear, and somewhat slimy. I’m pretty sure that’s normal. The yellow however is not, whether it’s coming from your urethra or vagina, either way it’s some kind of infection and not a good thing. Possibly something you should check with your doctor about.
