this is a picture video, because i cant exactly get the whole thing to fit on youtube as a video would be a few hours long, lol, but this is pics of my bladder getting full, and again, im not inflating it or anything like that, im just holding piss, still not as full as i could get, but i lost the motivation to keep going again, i held for about 2 hours here after drinking a ton of water, and im aware of water intoxication and all that, so i dont go too far with that, didnt measure this time either, im guessing it was somewhere around 1200ml
